Right of cancellation and returns policy
As our valued customer you have the unconditional right to cancel your contract within 7 working days of delivery, without being obliged to state any reasons. To comply with this time limit, all you need to do is to either return the goods bought online or send a return request within the 7 day period by post, email, telephone, or fax to:

Our customer service team are available Mon - Fri from 8:30am to 5pm (except public holidays).


If you return goods bought online, the purchasing contract is cancelled and you will be refunded once the delivered goods have been returned. Should the goods show signs of use or damage on return, we reserve the right to deduct appropriate compensation.


With the exception of damaged or incorrectly supplied orders we must request that you to return goods at your own cost.

 

If we have supplied substitute products to you because the goods your ordered were not available, we will pay the cost of returning the substitutes. 

 

If the goods arrive damaged, please contact Robinson Healthcare for a full refund. Faulty goods are fully-refundable, inclusive of delivery and return. Please inform our Customer Services team within the first 2 days of arrival, of faulty goods or goods damaged in transit.


Product Guarantee

Robinson Healthcare will make good, by repair or by the supply of a replacement at our option, defects which, under proper use and storage, appear in the Goods within a period of 12 calendar months (or such period as may be advised on specific Goods from time to time) after the Goods have been delivered and arise solely on failure to conform to the warranty as set out in paragragh 14.1 of our General Terms & Conditions of Sale; provided always that non-conforming parts have been returned to us if we have so required.  We shall refund the cost of carriage on such returned parts and the repaired or new parts will be delivered by us free of charge.
